At Mixshe, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
